Sessions are a combination of techniques gained from giving and receiving body work in one form or another since 1992.
Swedish, Lomi Lomi, and Essalen techniques warm and relax tight muscles, move energy, and prepare for Deep Tissue and Reflexology methods that free the body of tightly held muscle memory. Thai stretching is also a big part of every session,
helping with flexability and range of motion.

Hot Stone Relaxation Massage $135/hr, $185/90 min.

This soothing Swedish, Lomi Lomi, and Essalen based session is designed to move you gently into relaxation and carry you through a blissful state of nurturing with fluid movements and hot stones to melt away the stress.
Traditional Thai Massage $120/hr, $170/90 min.
From the land of smiles, this technique is designed to
stretch and lengthen the body, working meridian lines
and pressure points. Performed on a cushioned mat,
on the floor.

Purchase a series of three or five 60 min. or 90 min. Therapeutic, Hot Stone, and/or Thai sessions and recieve a series discount.

If you would like an "Out call" session at your residence, hotel, etc...I can offer Therapeutic Massage and Thai Massage only, with an additional travel fee of $15, withing a 20 mile range of downtown Asheville.
